Booking request privacy

This explains the optional booking request service alongside our site privacy policy. Updated October 4, 2026.

Your itinerary and private link

When you use the public quote form, a secure booking session stores your route, dates, passenger count and indicative estimates for up to 30 minutes so you can request confirmed options without signing in.

When Private Jet Specialist prepares a request, we store the itinerary, aircraft preference, pets, requested local flight times, alternative departure airports, request reference and submission status. Links expire after 30 days or at the end of the departure date, whichever comes first. Anyone holding a link can view that itinerary; please share it only with the intended traveler. Anyone holding the private request-creator link can create requests and deactivate an unsent link. Expired records are removed when the service next processes a request.

Contact details and Villiers

We send your itinerary and the contact details and preferences you enter to Villiers only after you review an estimate and explicitly request confirmed options. Our booking database does not retain your name, email, phone or free-text contact notes. Villiers processes the submitted details under its own privacy policy and contacts you with confirmed options. Do not enter payment details, passport numbers or other sensitive documents here.

Cookies and analytics

Essential secure cookies keep your creator access, private trip link and quote session connected. Creator access is remembered for 30 days; reopening its private access link restores access. Quote sessions expire after 30 minutes; the private-link cookie expires with the request. We store a hash of the private link token. The link token is removed from the address bar before our Google Analytics tag loads. We do not send itinerary or contact fields to analytics. If you close the page, use your original link to return.

Referral attribution

Requests go through Private Jet Specialist’s Villiers affiliate account with a unique reference. We retain the provider’s request identifier and status for tracking. We may earn a commission on a qualifying booking, subject to Villiers’ terms. Submitting a request does not book an aircraft or take payment.
