About this policy

Effective October 4, 2026. This policy describes privacy practices for privatejetspecialist.com, the Private Jet Specialist editorial and review website. Our contact channels are listed on the contact page. This policy covers the publication; external booking providers and social platforms publish their own policies.

Information involved in using the site

The website provides articles, outbound links, a contact form, an optional newsletter and flight-request forms. The request creator is available by private access link without sign-in; customers use separate trip links and do not need an account. We do not collect payments on this site.

  • Website requests: delivering and protecting the site can involve technical information such as an IP address, requested page, access time, browser information, and request headers handled by hosting or delivery services.
  • Contact form messages: you provide your name, email address, selected topic, and message so we can respond. If you email us directly or contact our social profiles, the email or social platform also handles your message and associated contact details.
  • Affiliate referrals: an affiliate link can include an identifier connecting a visit or qualifying booking with Private Jet Specialist. A provider may make referral or commission information available through its affiliate program.

Send booking documents and payment information directly through your chosen provider’s appropriate channel. Our publication contact channels are for editorial and business inquiries.

Private flight requests

You can review a prepared itinerary or start a flight request, see an indicative estimate and choose to share your trip and contact details with Villiers for confirmed options. We store itineraries, request references, expiry and status, but do not retain customer names, emails, phone numbers or free-text preferences in our booking database. Private links expire after 30 days or the departure date, whichever comes first; quote sessions expire after 30 minutes. Expired records are removed during subsequent requests.

Essential secure cookies connect your request and estimate. The private-link token is removed from the URL before analytics loads. Anyone holding a request link can view its itinerary. See our booking request privacy notice for the details.

Contact form messages

Our contact form sends your name, email address, topic, and message to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to m@privatejetspecialist.com. We use those details to respond to your inquiry, review a correction, or discuss the relationship you propose. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

FormSubmit provides spam protection, including Google reCAPTCHA, and its documentation states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. FormSubmit and its spam-protection services may process technical information associated with the submission. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms for its practices. We may retain the resulting email correspondence as described below.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to the Private Jet Specialist newsletter, the signup form sends your email address and any other information you choose to enter to beehiiv, our newsletter service. We use those details to manage your subscription and send private aviation news, empty-leg opportunities, and charter advice. The embedded form also makes requests to beehiiv when it loads.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email, or contact us about your subscription. See beehiiv’s Privacy Policy for how it handles information. You can read the site without subscribing.

How information is used

Information associated with the publication is used to deliver and maintain the website, understand site usage and improve our content, respond to inquiries, review corrections, manage business relationships and referral commissions, and address misuse or applicable legal obligations. The information required and handled depends on the interaction you choose.

Google Analytics, cookies, and affiliate links

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to the website and how visitors engage with our content. The Google tag sends information to Google, including the URL of the page being visited and technical information associated with the request. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Learn more about Google Analytics cookie usage and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

When you follow a provider or affiliate link, the destination may use cookies or other technology under its own privacy notice and preferences. Villiers links include our referral identifier. Review the destination’s policies and available controls before submitting information there. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains the commercial relationship.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily prevent measurement requests. External services and hosting infrastructure may have their own storage and processing practices.

Service providers and external platforms

Hosting and delivery services process technical information needed to serve and protect the website. Social platforms process communications made through them. Charter providers process the information you submit for quotes and bookings under their own notices. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to address unlawful activity and protect legitimate rights.

Flight-request forms forward your trip and contact details to Villiers only after your explicit confirmation. Villiers handles the enquiry and any subsequent booking under its own notices. We do not collect payment details or travel documents. External services may process information in countries different from where you live.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the information, the purpose of the interaction, and the service handling it. Hosting providers, social platforms, and booking providers apply their own retention practices. Publication inquiries and business records may need to be kept to resolve the inquiry, maintain the relationship, or meet applicable obligations.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid posting sensitive personal, financial, or travel-document information in public messages.

Privacy questions and requests

Depending on your location and the circumstances, applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of personal information, or to raise concerns with a supervisory authority. Use our official contact channels for a request relating to information you have sent to the publication. Describe the request without posting sensitive identifiers publicly; appropriate verification may be needed.

For information held directly by a social platform, hosting service, or booking provider, use that organization’s privacy request process. You can choose to read the site without sending us a message or following an affiliate link.

Children and changes to this policy

The website is intended for people researching private travel and does not offer an on-site service designed to collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to the publication.

We may update this policy as the site or its practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. For questions about this notice, visit Contact Private Jet Specialist.
