Published range is a planning reference, not a promise for your flight. Passenger and baggage weight, weather, reserves, airports, and the assigned aircraft affect the operator’s flight plan. Maximum seats and maximum range should not be assumed to apply together.
What should you check inside the cabin?
A divan makes the seat map especially important. Ask which positions will be occupied for takeoff and landing, whether any travelers have seating preferences, and how the group expects to work or rest in flight. Do not treat a divan position and an individual club chair as the same personal-space choice.
Request recent photos of the specific interior. Ask when the cabin was refurbished and what connectivity is installed, then check the evidence rather than inferring condition from aircraft age. Neither a recent refurbishment nor a familiar model name proves operating quality.
Make baggage an early decision. Send the dimensions of hard cases, golf clubs, and other bulky items, and ask how they will be loaded and secured. A party that fits the seating arrangement still needs approval for its actual luggage and total load.
