What is the full 2026 F1 race schedule?
The dates below are race weekends in the event’s local calendar, checked September 30, 2026. Recheck F1’s official schedule before paying for flights or hospitality; individual session times and the calendar can change. Formula 1 ↗
Open any race name for its airport and circuit-transfer guide. The airport column is a starting point for operator assessment, not a confirmed flight or parking reservation.

Which airports work for a full season of F1 travel?
Start with the race venue, then compare an operator-approved airport with your hotel and circuit transfer. Each event in the full calendar links to its own destination guide; the examples below span the season from Melbourne to Abu Dhabi.
| Race destination | Airport to discuss | Plan beyond the runway |
|---|---|---|
| Australian Grand Prix | Essendon Fields Airport | Ask the operator to assess the aircraft, arrival permissions, opening constraints and handling before treating Essendon as the final airport choice. Essendon Fields Airport ↗ |
| Miami Grand Prix | Miami-Opa locka Executive (OPF) | Confirm the named FBO, event parking and passenger meeting point; ordinary-day stadium driving estimates are not race-weekend promises. Miami-Dade Aviation Department ↗ |
| Monaco Grand Prix | Nice Côte d’Azur (NCE) | Confirm jet handling and the onward road or helicopter booking separately; one reservation does not automatically secure the other. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport ↗ |
| British Grand Prix | London Oxford Airport | Compare a confirmed Oxford arrival and Silverstone road transfer with other operator-approved regional options. London Oxford Airport ↗ |
| Italian Grand Prix | Milano Linate Prime | Compare its proposed arrival and hotel transfer with the complete route to your Monza gate. Milano Prime ↗ |
| F1 at Sepang, Malaysia | Kuala Lumpur International Airport | Ask the operator to confirm private-flight handling and suitability for your aircraft; proximity does not establish a reserved arrival. Formula 1 ↗ |
| Singapore Grand Prix | Seletar (XSP) | Have the operator assess the actual aircraft and requested times, then give the driver the confirmed business-aviation meeting point. Seletar Airport ↗ |
| United States Grand Prix | Austin–Bergstrom (AUS) | Confirm the specific FBO, event parking and airport-to-hotel or airport-to-COTA transfer before committing. Signature Aviation ↗ |
| Las Vegas Grand Prix | Henderson Executive | Ask which event permissions and parking arrangements can be confirmed for the aircraft and requested times. Henderson Executive Airport ↗ |
| Abu Dhabi Grand Prix | Al Bateen Executive (AZI) | Ask for the aircraft-specific acceptance and a transfer to your exact Yas Island or city destination. Abu Dhabi Airports ↗ |
An FBO is the private aviation terminal or ground-service provider. Ask for its name and address, airport acceptance, any required permissions, and parking confirmation. A city name or a published airport facility does not reserve an arrival.
Use the individual race pages for the venue, year-specific dates, airport options, arrival and return planning, and transfer questions. Airport fit remains subject to the operating carrier’s assessment of your actual aircraft and itinerary.
Build the trip around the session you want to see
Our planning recommendation is to work backward from your first track session, leaving room for arrival formalities, the road transfer, and hotel check-in. A private aircraft can support a tailored itinerary, but the airport and circuit still have operating constraints.

- Arrival: Tell the provider whether you want practice, qualifying, or only the Grand Prix. An arrival the day before your first must-see session gives more recovery room than a same-day connection.
- After the race: Compare an evening departure with the following morning. Include crowd exit, the trip to the FBO, airport hours, and crew duty limits in that decision.
- Las Vegas: The published weekend ends on Saturday, November 21. Do not automatically request a Sunday race-day departure. Formula 1 ↗
- Multiple races: Quote each leg and any aircraft waiting or repositioning separately. A continuous itinerary does not automatically mean the same aircraft will stay with you.
Keep race tickets and hospitality confirmations with your travel brief. They establish the entrance, access time, and any vehicle arrangements your ground team must use.
How much does a private jet to an F1 race cost?
There is no single F1 charter fare. Your departure point, aircraft, passenger and baggage load, travel window, and return plan determine the quote. Use a written total for the complete itinerary, with each potential extra identified.
| Quote component | Question to ask |
|---|---|
| Aircraft and flight time | Is this the total for the aircraft, and does it include repositioning and any minimum billable time? |
| Airport and event charges | Which handling, parking, slot-related, and other event charges are included or still provisional? |
| Aircraft waiting vs. returning | What changes if the aircraft stays, leaves and returns, or is replaced for the homeward leg? |
| International travel | Are permits, handling, taxes, and any required stops covered in the price? |
| Ground travel and hospitality | Are drivers, helicopter transfers, hotels, and race tickets separate purchases? |
The charter cost guide explains the components and includes dated general price references. Those examples are not event quotes. Divide the final aircraft total by the actual passenger count only when calculating your group’s own cost share.
Choose the aircraft for the route and the group
Begin with the mission: passengers, bags, departure airport, and whether a fuel stop is acceptable. A short regional flight and an intercontinental trip to Singapore require different assessments.
- For a smaller regional group, compare suitable light or midsize aircraft with the provider; luggage can matter as much as the seat count.
- For longer routes, ask about cabin comfort, rest arrangements, baggage volume, and the actual aircraft’s performance with your full load.
- For a larger corporate group, request the seating plan and compare one larger aircraft with multiple smaller charters before committing.
Browse the aircraft category guide and individual aircraft guides to prepare questions. Specifications alone do not confirm nonstop capability for your travel day.
Can an empty leg work for a Grand Prix?
An empty leg can be worth comparing if you can tolerate a different departure time, airport, or replacement travel plan. It is a weak foundation for a trip that must reach a particular qualifying session or hospitality opening time.
Ask what happens if the underlying flight changes or disappears, whether the return is included, and what a replacement would cost. Read the empty-leg guide before treating an advertised opportunity as a confirmed round trip. Semi-private flying is a separate model with its own routes and schedules; it is not automatically a service to your chosen race.
Request a quote for your 2026 F1 trip
Send the race and venue, preferred departure airport, arrival and return windows, passenger count, baggage, and ground-transfer needs. Ask the provider to identify the operating carrier, actual aircraft, total payable price, and change or cancellation terms.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fly directly to an F1 circuit by private jet?
Plan to use an airport accepted by your operator and then transfer to the circuit. A circuit name is not an airport clearance. Helicopter transfers, where available, require separate confirmation.
Does this guide cover the whole 2026 F1 season?
Yes. The guide covers every race weekend on the published 2026 calendar, with destination planning from Australia through Abu Dhabi. Verify current event details before booking. Formula 1 ↗
Is the October 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix in Bahrain?
The official F1 event page identifies the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia at Sepang. Use the Malaysian venue in your flight request rather than assuming Bahrain from the event name. Formula 1 ↗
Does a private charter include Grand Prix tickets?
Only if the written proposal explicitly includes them. Treat race tickets, hospitality, hotel stays, and ground transfers as separate items to confirm.
Can I return immediately after the race?
Ask the provider to assess the full journey from your circuit exit to the FBO and the proposed departure. Airport permissions, traffic, crew limits, and available handling can constrain the time.
