Does Sentient own and operate the aircraft on your flight?

Sentient’s disclosure identifies it as a broker acting for the cardholder. Flights are operated by direct air carriers in its certified network. The important distinction is that a Sentient card buys access through a sourcing program, rather than ownership of a specific jet. Sentient Jet ↗

Ask the confirmation to name the carrier and aircraft for each flight. If your reason for buying a card is consistency, identify what remains consistent: cabin category, service standards, response process, or a particular aircraft type. These are different promises and should be evaluated separately.

How do SJ25 and SJ25+ differ?

The distinction between an hour balance and a rate lock matters. If your travel slows down, ask what happens after the original pricing period. If your trips sometimes need a larger cabin, request the exact upgrade calculation rather than assuming hours move between categories at one-to-one value.

What prices does Sentient publish?

Use those amounts as a starting point for a proposal. Ask for current fuel treatment, applicable taxes, billing minimums, taxi charges, and any international adjustments. A card deposit is a cash commitment; its advertised hours do not by themselves establish how many of your actual journeys it will cover.

Have the sales team work through your most common route and a peak-period trip. If a qualifying return earns an efficiency reduction, request the exact qualification rule and price. We have not tested whether your itinerary would meet those conditions.

What should you check before purchasing a card?

Prioritize the rules that could affect an important departure: notice, peak scheduling, cancellation, and replacement transport. Ask whether your latest acceptable arrival time is something the proposed program can support. A broad availability promise is more useful when paired with its actual conditions.

• What happens if the offered carrier changes after confirmation?
• Which cabin features are mandatory for a replacement aircraft?
• Can several people use the account, or request simultaneous trips?
• What are the exit and refund terms if future plans change?
• How does the program handle a journey outside its standard service area?

If your flying is concentrated in one busy month, compare that pattern with steady use throughout the year. The same annual hour total can create a very different scheduling problem. Give the provider the difficult dates first.

Who should compare Sentient Jet with alternatives?

Our assessment favors including Sentient when you value a recurring card relationship and are comfortable with a broker sourcing different carriers. The limitation is that the funded balance, category rules, and applicable surcharges need to be examined together; published base rates are only part of the calculation.
