Can you switch a Dulles charter to Reagan National?

A Reagan National request needs its own access assessment. Signature’s DCA guidance says general and corporate aviation flights are subject to the TSA DCA Access Standard Security Program, or require a TSA waiver. If central Washington access is the priority, ask for a fully workable DCA proposal alongside IAD. Compare the required preparation, passenger arrangements, timing and total cost.
