A single leisure journey should first be compared as a complete charter price. An annual schedule might justify a separate program illustration. Keeping those two decisions apart makes it easier to tell whether committing funds is buying something you will use, rather than simply changing how you pay.

Does one jet card apply identically everywhere?

Do not assume it does. Jet Aviation announced an extension of its Jet Card to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in December 2024, following an existing U.S. offering. Ask which entity issues the agreement, where the covered service area begins and ends, and how a trip crossing regions is priced. If you regularly divide travel between North America and Europe, request an example spanning both. A global contact network and a global fixed-rate promise are different things.

For border-crossing travel, identify the party coordinating permits, passenger documentation, and ground handling. Your quote should explain operational stops and realistic arrival timing before you commit to an onward meeting or event.

How should you compare the aircraft?

Jet Aviation’s charter directory includes cabin categories, individual aircraft details, and links to specification sheets. For an overnight flight, compare usable sleeping positions, privacy, catering facilities, and baggage access. For a daytime business mission, connectivity and a workable seating arrangement may be more valuable than a large bedroom. Give the provider your priorities in order, so it can explain the trade-offs between offers.

Ask for current cabin photographs and the seat plan for the proposed tail number. Published maximum range and seating are useful reference points; the operator still needs to plan the actual load, weather, airports, and fuel.

What belongs in the total-cost comparison?

Request one itinerary total in a stated currency, with positioning, crew expenses, airport charges, taxes, and optional services identified. For a multi-day journey, ask whether keeping an aircraft nearby or arranging separate flights changes the cost or flexibility.

For a prepaid arrangement, establish the refund procedure, minimum billable time, rate duration, cancellation windows, and recovery policy.
