How does a Solairus charter request work?

For a coast-to-coast trip, specify whether you need uninterrupted work time, room for a meal, or a place to rest. Ask which of those requirements the offered aircraft meets. Two aircraft in a similar price range can differ substantially in layout, connectivity, baggage space, and the condition of the cabin.

What is Altitude by Solairus?

Altitude is a separate membership offering. Its page advertises a refundable initial deposit, a 12-month rate lock, and access through the managed charter fleet and a worldwide network. Ask for the deposit amount, refund procedure, booking notice, and category definitions. A published refundability statement is useful, but the offered agreement should explain timing, deductions, and treatment of already-booked travel. We have not reviewed a member contract or independently assessed fund protection.

What prices does Altitude publish?

A short flight should be priced using the applicable billing minimum, not only the estimated airborne time. A holiday trip should be evaluated at the correct peak treatment. Request a complete sample invoice for your route so the relationship between the advertised rate and actual payment is clear.

What should be checked about the assigned aircraft?

Confirm whether you are selecting a particular charter aircraft or buying category access. Solairus’s charter page presents a fleet spanning turboprops through larger executive jets. For membership, ask how the category’s passenger limit relates to your group and whether the substitute must have the same essential amenities. For charter, request the registration, carrier, layout, and change policy. Keep a required enclosed lavatory, pet accommodation, or connectivity specification in the written proposal.

On an international journey, also establish the permitted itinerary, operational stops, and who handles border paperwork. A cabin’s brochure range should never be treated as a guaranteed nonstop result for a fully loaded trip.

Who should compare Solairus with alternatives?

Our assessment favors Solairus for travelers who want a detailed aircraft discussion and are willing to compare membership separately. The trade-off is that a managed-aircraft proposal and a category program have different terms and should not be blended into one headline price.
