Build the arrival around your first commitment

Arrive before the first important yacht appointment rather than treating a morning flight as a guaranteed direct connection to the quay. For a yacht stay, confirm berth, tender arrangements and a reachable shore contact; a vessel name alone is not a usable chauffeur destination.

Plan the final transfer

Use the specific Port Hercule entrance or meeting point agreed with your host. Yacht-show appointments may be spread along different quays, so leave room to walk and complete entry checks between them. If a helicopter is part of the journey, agree which bags travel with the passengers and who handles any separate baggage vehicle.

Give the return flight a workable window

Set the airport-ready window after the last confirmed meeting, allowing for a delayed viewing and the transfer back to Nice or Cannes. Ask what happens if a helicopter leg cannot operate: a road alternative needs enough time and a reserved vehicle.
