The Concours organizer publishes August 15 for its 2027 edition. Treat that as the date for the Concours itself, not a complete Monterey Car Week calendar. Confirm your admission, any early-entry entitlement, parking credentials and the specific hospitality location. Compare the arrival airports
Choose the airport only after the operating carrier has assessed the actual aircraft, passenger load, baggage and flight dates. The published facilities below establish useful starting points; our trip-fit advice is editorial analysis, not confirmation of a parking space or landing permission.

Build the arrival around your first commitment
If the Concours is the main purpose, arrive with enough time to collect credentials and confirm the morning pickup. For a wider Car Week visit, organize the itinerary by geography as well as date; a day of dispersed appointments can be harder to manage than the flight. Share any additional passenger pickups with the operator before accepting the aircraft.
Plan the final transfer
Ask the driver to distinguish hotel access, Concours drop-off and any permitted parking area. Do not substitute a generic Pebble Beach address for the actual ticket instructions. If you are viewing or collecting a car elsewhere on the peninsula, arrange that movement separately so the passenger transfer is not dependent on vehicle delivery.
Give the return flight a workable window
Discuss coastal weather and an alternate airport plan with the operator, including the effect on the chauffeur journey. After the Sunday event, allow time to leave the grounds and collect luggage. Compare a same-evening departure with Monday morning, especially when a final hospitality appointment would otherwise leave little schedule flexibility.
Compare the complete trip price
Request the price for the entire stay, including parking or repositioning, crew nights, handling and vehicle standby between appointments. A purchased car is not passenger baggage; transport for a vehicle, spare parts or valuable collectibles requires its own arrangement. Tell the charter provider about oversized luggage so the quoted cabin does not conceal an unsuitable baggage hold.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Concours date cover all Monterey Car Week events?
No. August 15 is the published 2027 Pebble Beach Concours date. Auctions, track activities and other gatherings have their own schedules, venues and access arrangements, which should be checked separately.
Does the charter include tickets or event hospitality?
Only if a written, verified package specifically says so. Otherwise, book admission, invitations, accommodation and ground transport separately. Aircraft access does not confer access to a sporting venue, art preview, yacht or private reception.
How early should I request an event charter?
Start when the attendance dates and party size are clear, and ask the provider about the lead time for the specific aircraft, airports and event. A preliminary quote is not a reservation; confirm payment terms, accepted handling arrangements and the change policy before committing.
