Dates, venue and event access

The NFL identifies SoFi Stadium as the venue and February 14 as game day. A game ticket, hospitality package, parking permission and aircraft booking are separate arrangements unless a written package explicitly includes them. Have the ticket seller identify your stadium entrance and hospitality location. Do not interpret an airport meet-and-greet as admission to an NFL event. NFL ↗

Compare the arrival airports

Choose the airport only after the operating carrier has assessed the actual aircraft, passenger load, baggage and flight dates. The published facilities below establish useful starting points; our trip-fit advice is editorial analysis, not confirmation of a parking space or landing permission.

Airport options for Super Bowl LXI; confirm current acceptance with the operating carrier.
AirportPublished referenceWhat to compare
Van Nuys (VNY)Van Nuys is a general aviation airport serving the Los Angeles area. Van Nuys Airport ↗Compare the complete drive from your chosen hotel to Inglewood. A familiar business-aviation airport can still create a substantial ground leg on game day.

Build the arrival around your first commitment

Ask the operator to compare other Los Angeles-area airports for your exact aircraft and route, with the accepted airport named in the proposal. A city-level quote is not enough. Consider arriving Friday or Saturday if you plan to attend weekend hospitality; a Sunday arrival gives less room for delays before stadium entry. Keep each guest’s airport and hotel on the same itinerary sheet.

Plan the final transfer

Build two ground schedules: airport-to-hotel on arrival, then hotel-to-the-permitted stadium drop-off point. Confirm where the vehicle may wait and how you will find it after the game. If guests leave different hospitality spaces, choose a shared pickup procedure in advance. A chauffeur cannot promise direct access to a stadium gate merely because the aircraft is private.

Give the return flight a workable window

A final whistle is not an airport-ready time. The game, ceremonies, stadium exit and pickup queues can all change the return window. Compare a flexible late departure with an overnight stay and Monday flight. Have the operator assess applicable airport rules and crew limits, and state what happens if the aircraft must move to another airport before collection.

Compare the complete trip price

Ask for a complete Super Bowl itinerary price covering positioning, any event handling or parking charges, crew waiting, hotel nights and vehicle standby. No 2027 airport capacity or event surcharge is assumed here. A cheaper flight to a less convenient airport may cease to be cheaper once the transfer and extra waiting are included.

No live aircraft inventory or event-specific charter price is published here. Ask each provider for a written proposal naming the operating carrier, aircraft or agreed substitution terms, included charges, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. Use our charter cost guide to compare the same itinerary.

Send a useful charter brief

Include ticket and hospitality locations, Los Angeles hotel, passenger split across flights, luggage, the final event you will attend and a fallback departure morning.

Add origin airport, local dates and preferred times, passenger count, baggage dimensions, accessibility needs and the flexibility you have on either end. Confirm which airport and handling arrangements are accepted and which remain provisional. Keep event admission, accommodation and transport responsibilities explicit.

Plan your charter and request a quote

Frequently asked questions

Is a same-night flight after the Super Bowl a good plan?

It needs a realistic collection window and an accepted airport departure. Compare it with the next morning and price both. Do not tie the flight to an assumed game-ending time or promise that stadium traffic will clear immediately.

Does the charter include tickets or event hospitality?

Only if a written, verified package specifically says so. Otherwise, book admission, invitations, accommodation and ground transport separately. Aircraft access does not confer access to a sporting venue, art preview, yacht or private reception.

How early should I request an event charter?

Start when the attendance dates and party size are clear, and ask the provider about the lead time for the specific aircraft, airports and event. A preliminary quote is not a reservation; confirm payment terms, accepted handling arrangements and the change policy before committing.
