Who qualified in 2007
The guarantee applied to registered members who had booked and paid for eligible aircraft operated by ARG/US Platinum-rated operators. A lower written price had to be reported within 24 hours of booking.
What the competing quote needed
The comparison required matching dates, aircraft make and model, aircraft age, and insurance. The competing offer needed to be a firm, tax-inclusive operator quote for an aircraft on that operator’s certificate.
Limits and remedies
Broker quotes, empty legs, and specified special events were excluded. The advertised remedies were a refund of the difference or penalty-free cancellation. This summarizes a historical offer; the old claim form does not accept new claims.
